They're an absolute must have!The adhesive and size make these great for a variety of applications. The larger the area just use more.My first project was adding pockets to a backpack. For whatever reason they make these huge compartments where everything falls to the bottom. I wanted pockets at the top. So I got little zipper bags and put several of these velcrol on the inside tops of the compartments with both sides connected. Then I'd remove the adhesive covers and press the little bags on. It works great. I have removable pockets in my backpack where I want them. I can also have alternate pockets if I need to.I put together a desktop for our treadmill, a foot wide by four foot long finished piece of wood. I makde a couple of braces out of wood to sit over the arms of the treadmill. The problem was I didn't want to drill into the finished board so I used four of these on each brace. The board is secure, it's hard to pull the braces away from the board!I also use these for things like putting the remote of the radio in my car under the arm rest so that its hidden, out of the way yet easy to reach.Velcro is assume!I originally bought this product to hang posters in my classroom (I am a teacher) the problem in the school I work at is due to state testing teachers must remove all their posters and have a "testing" environment for about two weeks and right after that the school expects the teachers to re decorate our walls, well it would be great if this only happened once a year, however our school has "mock" exams so we have to constantly take down then put up posters, it was a real hassle to use tape or a hot glue gun. After searching online I came across this and BAM it is awesome, not only is it easy for me to take down my posters, it is easy to place them back in the same spot they were in it takes me no more than 10 minutes to redecorate my classroom. A must have for any teacher.A second use I have for these is in my tv room, in the multimedia room I have remote controlled lighting but I am always losing the controllers, simple solution put velcro strips and have two designated locations for the controllers they go right on the wall and on the side of my couch.Amazing product this definitely has more than one use!Easy to use... Perfect for keeping an insole in place in your running shoe or other shoes... Especially helpful with orthotics or added arch supportsPerfect. Nice and sticky, working great. So far so good.The Real Deal...I bought to put up a blind covering but unfortunately it did not hold in place longer than two hours!Exactly what it saysMy suction cup on my dashcam finally gave out. Figured I’d mount it with Velcro for a strong hold. On the very first day in temperatures of 27 degrees Celsius I come back to my car to find my dash cam hanging from its wire, the heat melted the adhesive backing. It looked like string cheese all over my car. The Velcro hold is great but do not use this to mount anything over 0.3lbs in hot weather. It will heat up the adhesive to a stringy mess.This product is easy to use and the adhesive sticks well. However, the velcro itself is not great. Once you separate it once, it does not stick the same way again, it will barely hold at all after the first time being separated.
