The shoes were in new & perfect condition. My toddler loves them. He can also put them on himself, like big boy shoes. I recommend these shoes to all children learning to put them on. My son has a chubby foot in size 7, but there is still alot of wiggle room (not narrow) & are real thin in general so light weight & flat, so he feels more sure footed. Not like the heavy clunky sport shoes with the thick tread. After his Christening he ran all over the playground. :)
