These shoes are real leather and quite comfortable. The strap across the instep was a little long so I took it to the cobbler to be adjusted.This brand of shoes has the arch in the right place for my feet. Velcro straps stay closed. Which I can get these in black.My mom loved the shoes but was sent the wrong size. We ordered a 7N and she was sent a 7SS. We have ordered these in the past so we knew a 7N was the correct size.This shoe came in very good condition fits very well a lot of the shoes come used this shoe came brand new never used and you should continue using this seller as they sell very very good productThese are very comfortable, and I always get compliments on them when I wear them.The product was superb but I’ve asked for and received the return label as the shoes did not fit. I have yet to hear from or receive my refund from the company Disappointed with Amazon for not following up on the refund and I’ve notified the company directly of the return also and have yet to receive or acknowledgment of receipt and my refund.I didn't like to pay return shipping! I am a prime member..Wouldn't have order if I had know that in advance of my purchase..In the future advise customer of shipping return cost..The shoes fit good and is very comfortable!These are now my favourite shoes. Love them super comfortable. Soft lining makes them comfortable to wear without socks.
