This is a great accessory for my off-body carry rigs. I use one in a Ranger Supply Room standard bag and another in a photographer's fanny pack to hold my CZ 75 Compact PCR. It's well made, holds the piece firmly and velcros in tight. Because of the large velcro contact area, it can be easily adjusted for my preferred placement / angle / fit. I wasn't sure about the fit on the size small bag before purchase, so emailed the maker and got an immediate, accurate reply. They also pointed out that it can be expanded somewhat by ripping out one seam that's sewn in separately for just that purpose. Bottom line - good quality, great function, very reasonable price. I'll probably buy a size M/L for my SP01 Phantom soon.I got this to secure my full-frame, XDM45 in my 5.11 LIMA messenger bag. The LIMA has a concealed carry pocket meant for this that has a Velcro panel mounted inside. The XDM45 is large, and probably one of the largest handguns that would work (comes almost up to the Velcro/zipper enclosure on the bag, but still allows me to close the zipper. This holster holds the pistol vertically, and is ambidextrous, regardless of where you want the grip pointed. With an open end, I was worried about it grabbing the front sight, but I’ve had no problems with that. The open end is large enough to provide lots of clearance.I would really only recommend this if you’re mounting it in a pocket. It needs the surrounding material to keep it secured. This holster just keeps it securely oriented.I had back surgery and wound up in a rigid brace that fits all the way around my torso from 3 inches below the beltline almost up to my solar plexus. Of course, this makes wearing a holster impossible. Fortunately, the brace has loop Velcro all the way around in a wide belt. The Galati Gear holster has hook Velcro covering the entire back side. They fit together like hook and loop Velcro! The adhesion was nice and strong so it easily stayed on under the weight of a loaded Springfield XDM with a spare 16 round mag. Easy to position the way I liked it and it didn't stretch out or loosen after a month of full time carry. Nice holster for very little $$I ordered the large version and I have a Ruger P95 9mm and the holster fits it just fine without any alteration. However the magazine strap is a near total fail. I had to work very hard to get my spare double-stack magazine through the loop and it now sits sort of sideways. On the plus side, the rig fits perfectly in my Maxpidition EDC Versipack so I'll live with the magazine holder issue. The holster is a V shaped channel that causes the pistol to tip forward a bit more than the factory picture suggests and and covers the trigger nicely. It's definitely not a quick draw device but if I wanted such a thing I would not be putting it into my shoulder bag. It does keep the pistol in a very nice position should I ever want it. In all, it's "good enough" for what I need.Fits well, needed to remove stitches to adjust for shape of trigger guard (Ruger LC9) to seat deeply. Future designs should leave more room in sewn nylon to allow for sidearm depth without forced stretching but does hold pistol snugly.I am not a very picky reviewer but the small version is smaller than expected. I have an XDS to carry which is fairly small and single stack. I think the biggest issue is the stitching for the trigger guard, it just makes this holster unusable... since it was cheap and not worth returning I took a knife and cut that stitching, otherwise it would have gone into a storage container. I ordered the small FYI. Not sure how the large fits. I am a big Galati fan too. Might get both....I use the large for a Springfield Micro Compact 3in barrel. Slides all the way in and covers the trigger. It does not retain tightly. I stick it to the side velcro of a range back and it holds fine. Peel it off and stick it to the floor under the driver's seat. Does not quite stick firmly to the carpet but enough for me to pull the pistol. Not the finest quality but fairly useful.p.s. The small will likely only fit something like Kel-Tec 32 or 380.The small size works perfectly for my Ruger LC9S. I attached the holster inside a pocket of a bag I carry, and it works perfectly to keep the pistol secure and close at hand. The pistol fits in the holster very well, it doesn't move around in the bag, and of course a spare mag is right there also if needed. I do not regret this purchase and I recommend this item.
