I bought these for turnout and they are perfect for my intended used. They are easy to remove when she come in. The rubber is heavy duty and the price is great. The velcro double double locks and I have not had an issue with loosing boots. If you are looking for 24hrs boots though I recommend the Italian rubber pull on boots as the fleece and velcro cannot be expected to hold up to the elements 24/7
